Huh
We went to the chiropractor as a family. They gave the girls big stickers. In the elevator, Reagan said she didn’t want hers. I offered to wear it. And without missing a beat, Sydney says:
Why? Does it say “I am an idiot” or something?

Vampires
Kim is reading these vampire books and Sydney likes to get an update on them from time to time.
So last night, Kim was explaining that “the girl in the story is now half vampire and half human”.
Sydney looks at Kim with a puzzled look.
“Mom, which half is the vampire part…the top half or the bottom half?”, as she draws a line with her hand at her waist. “Or is it this way?”, as she draws another line from head to toe down the middle.

Disney On Ice
We took the girls to see Disney on Ice yesterday. I think this is the 3rd time we have gone to the show. Seems like we are at the real Disney every 2 years so this is a mid-cycle visit. As always, the girls were very excited to see the shows and their favorite guys skate out. Eyes glued on the ice the entire time. This show had a plot and they broke for intermission and the kids were left wondering — what is going to happen? We took them for a restroom break and the whole time it was “Let’s get back and see what happens!”. Oh boy. The suspense!

Gymnastics
I remember coming to class with Sydney when I had to go in with her and help her do everything.
Now, she goes in the bathroom, gets dressed by herself, and goes to class. I might miss the old days — just a bit.
