Some Kind of Show
We are in Michigan visiting the Burkes. The kids are having a great time playing together. Last night, they all came up and said it was time to watch a performance. We thought we would be in for quite a treat with 4 kids. But it turns into 4 shows in one with no plot. Enjoy!

Happy Holidays
It has been a great holiday season. We had Christmas at home and then drove to Indiana to visit with family for an entire week. I can’t even think how I would blog all those interactions so I will just let you go through the slideshow yourself. But here is one photo — this is Sydney with her big horse that she wanted as the big gift from Santa.

Late Night Burgers
Sydney isn’t too into hamburgers but she thought she would give it a go when we visited Steak N Shake for a late post-movie snack.
This is some sort of “kiss the cook” action given the chef hat Sydney was sporting.
Dude, where is my crayon?

Visiting Mimi
We went and visited Sydney’s Great Grandmother, Mimi, over the holiday. I gave this 5-year old the camera and had her do the interview. Now, once I get her uploading the video my work is done.

No Way
Sydney is watching Willy Wonka (new one) on Disney Channel right now. I told her that the guy that play Willy is Jack Sparrow. No way! She doesn’t believe me. I totally just blew her mind.
Gregory Canyon
The kids have been wanting to play in the snow. Well, last night the snow came. We got several inches. So on our final Christmas shopping trip, we were down in Boulder and decided to go over to Boulder Mountain Parks and get in a little snow time. The thermometer in the H2 showed between 2 and 4 degrees the whole time. We didn’t think it would last too long but it was good to get outside.
That picture was about all Reagan lasted for then she was back in the car. Sydney on the other hand was ready to go. Sydney and I took a hike down Baseline trail for a ways to get a view of Boulder. I had my video camera in hand!
After our hike, I went in the car with Reagan and Kim and Sydney took a hike up Amphitheater trail. Apparently, there was a lot of slipping and slidding and silliness.
When everyone got back to the car, Sydney wasn’t ready to quit. Get in the car! It is freezing! No way!
Then there was this. Don’t ask. We will go and get her tomorrow. Maybe.

Artwork
We got a new scanner so I thought we should start scanning artwork. If you see a masterpiece, click through and get the original size and print it for hanging on your wall.
