Good Morning!
Good Morning! I have been getting up earlier these days but no one seems to mind. Mostly because I have figured out how to keep myself busy without waking anybody up. First, I usually go to Mom’s computer and either load up a movie to watch or play my Dora the Explorer game. Next I head over to the TV where I can plug in my V Smile video games all by myself and play a couple of games. I can also pass the time by dressing up or playing quietly in my room. By the time the rest of the family gets up I am perky and ready for the day.

Easter Eggs
I have figured out from being in the stores that Easter is coming and I couldn’t be more excited. Last week Mom found me in the closet getting out the Easter decorations. She keeps telling me its still a month away but I don’t know that I believe her. Its warm outside and the stores are full of easter baskets. What else does she want? Anyway, I did talk her into letting us color some eggs. This pack was cool because you got to first dye the eggs and then paint them with sparkles. Anything with sparkles rules.

Little Ballerina
Mom finally remembered to take her camera to my dance class so that you can check out some of my moves. Parents aren’t allowed in the classroom during class so the pics are limited but you get the idea. Here I am against the bar. This is where we do various ballet moves. I am especially good at pointing my toes like a real dancer. Check out my beautiful sparkly dancing wear. It has both my favorite colors purple and pink. Did I mention it has sparkles? That’s the best part.

We forgot to get pictures of my tap routine. But, we are performing tap in the spring recital so I am sure you will get the movie. We just got a sneak peek at our recital costumes and I just know I am going to look adorable. For now here’s a picture of me doing the ribbon dance. This is where you run around the room doing various moves while twirling your ribbon.

My Visitors
For weeks Daddy has been telling me that Aunt Natalee and Dohn were coming for a visit. But, each day I would wake up and they still weren’t here. Needless to say I was beginning to think he was making it all up. Then last week I was at school when to my surprise Aunt Natalee and Dohn were there to pick me up. I was so excited to see them. And even better they wanted to take me skiing.
Now, Dohn has probably only ski’d as many times as me so I had to keep a close eye on him to make sure he didn’t get scared. He did fall once but so did everybody else so I think we all did a pretty good job. It wasn’t so cold this time either so I had a much better time on the slopes. A few times I even went solo. Though it wasn’t my choice. I was just going down the hill all nice when I look back and to my surprise Dad wasn’t holding me. I was going all by myself. The thought of this freaked me out so much that I immediately fell down. But, it was so cool that I asked Daddy to do it again.

On the way home Aunt Natalee let me wear her sunglasses. Which I think made me look just too cool.

I made Natalee and Dohn do lots of puzzles, tea parties and video games the rest of the trip. (We won’t show the pictures of Dohn boxing on the Wii, its just too embarassing for him)

Monsters, Inc.
One of my all time favorite movies is Monsters, Inc. I must have seen this movie at least one hundred times or more. So boy was I excited to hear that the Monsters were coming to town for a show. Since these guys are sooo cool Daddy even put out for the very first row!! You couldn’t beat these seats. Sully, Mike, Boo and even Randall would skate right up to us and wave. Here is a picture of the Monsters when they first came out.

Here’s me and Reagan against the stage.

Another exciting thing about the show was they had these guys walking around with popcorn, cotton candy, light sabers, lemonade, candy, Monster cups, Monster coloring books, Monster stuffed animals, Monster shirts…. I wanted everything. Dad did buy me a popcorn and Mike doll but I was quite disappointed in him for not having more money. I mean why else would I allow him to tag along, geez!
Watch Out Seafood
I have decided that since I am becoming such a big girl, I am almost 4 you know, that its about time I start trying new foods. I have just noticed that Mom and Dad sometimes have different meals than Reagan and I. So, big girl that I am I have been asking to try these new foods to the surprise of my parents. And wouldn’t you know that I really like most of them. It began with vegetables, which I would NEVER eat. I am now eating green beans, carrots, lettuce and corn. Next, fish, yep I LOVE fish. But, the latest new food completely surprised Mommy. She was so excited about this new food that she had to call Daddy to tell him. You see Mommy was eating these pink things for lunch and I just had to ask what they were. Shrimp, doesn’t sound so scary. Can I try one? Mommy gave me a tiny piece because she was just sure I would hate it. But, long story short Mommy only had a couple shrimp for lunch because I ate them all. She now has to buy them by the bag for the freezer and thaw them out for snacks. Yep, that’s how much I love these things.

Valentine Party
They have started asking Moms to volunteer at my Preschool. My lucky Mommy got the pleasure of volunteering on the day of our Valentines Day party. I was so excited to show Mom all around my classroom and have her meet all my friends. Each class begins with circle time. Here we go over our number, letter, and color of the day as well as stuff like the day and month.

Next we move over to our Centers. This is where we do different crafts and learn all sorts of stuff. Here I am contemplating just what my painting should be. Mommy said I am a budding Picaso.

Next we had a special Valentine snack and then went for a walk before it was time for the big party. We all sat in a circle while Mommy and my teachers, Mrs Hallin and Mrs Stitcher, led us around the circle to hand out our Valentines to all the excited kids. To most kids this seemed to be quite a confusing task. But not for me. As I took out each Princess card I had to describe in full detail just what Princess was on each card. And of course show off the fact that there was a candy inside. Over all it was a really fun day for both Mommy and me.
