Now I Am Awake

By BrandonA Day in the Life4 Comments

Sydney has gotten lots of time with the video camera today while she was awake but it was time to get a picture with her eyes open. Here she is just after a feeding. I will have DVDs available on Monday for those that want them with all the random video. Leave me a comment if you want one. I will also post some of the clips on the web site. I also have the larger originals of all these pictures from the web site suitable for printing. Mom has been up walking around today doing laps around the BirthPlace here.

By the way, any of you that have been visiting us here on the web that have not left comments for Sydney & Mom, need to do so. We are going to save all of them for Sydney for later in life. This is our record of what happened.

  • Grandpa Herbie

Dad (Brandon), on your next outing you might as well stop at the grocery and fill up your truck with diapers. Babies can manufacture waste product at a ratio of about 10 to 1. This ratio continues for sometime and then the 10 to 1 goes to the other end, where as, they can make noise that is louder than their size by this margin.

PS: This is just the beginning for from now on Sydney will also get attention and gifts from others at a 10 to 1 ratio to YOU.

  • Aunt Steph

Sydney. You look so cute. I can’t wait to see you.

  • Becky White

    What a cutie!
I would like to assure you that having a lot of hair at birth must mean that Sydney is very computer literate…I’m basing this theory on personal experience. I didn’t have hair until I was about a year old. (My family called me “bowling ball”) I bet you are now wishing that I still didn’t have any hair…see you in a few hours, Chad and I are crashing this party.

  • Grandma Hakes

Good and Bad new Sydney: Grandma is on her way. I’ll be leaving at 3:35 from Indianapolis on Frontier flight 661 and will be arriving at 5:15 tonight. You’ll meet your first Grandma by 7:00. You’ll love us all – we’re soft, cuddly and very complimentary. You’re the first Grandaughter or Grandchild for all of us – so fortunately you’ll be spoiled rotten. You have some very handsome cousins who will also spoil you and of course show you all the important things in life. For the bad news – Grandpa Hakes has been writing all kinds of wonderful messages for you, but as computer literate as he is – he did not see the ‘submit’ button. So, you will have to wait another day to get his notes. Of course by the time you’re one years old – I’m sure you can give Grandpa lots of software tips. You are Brandon Fuller’s daughter you know! See you soon – Kiss Mom & Dad for me.
